2018 Season Recap
The 2018 season was an exciting season for the Bears who had a many contributing seniors on the roster. Seniors Jace Giles, Noah Adams, Mika Watkins, Zack Rose, Braxton Zirkle, Ethan Hall, Adam Cox and Bailey Gibson would each play their final games as Bears. The Bears would pick up their first win of the season in the FCA Challenge against Licking Valley Ohio, with probably their most exciting win on the season coming on the next night of the tournament as they scored six runs in the bottom of the seventh to erase a 8-3 deficit and defeat district rival Gate City 9-8. The Bears season came to an end on the road when they lost in extra innings to eventual state tournament participant Tazewell.
